What happens to "clearance" items if they don't sell?
I've always wondered, at stores like Hobby Lobby and Michaels, when they have cross-stitch kits marked down and on the clearance table, what happens to them if they don't sell?
They are sent back to the manufacter in hopes of getting at least some money and then they split up the parts and put some in new packages or else toss them out!
