Is hydrolyzed whey protein the same thing as MSG?
I have that on my Optimum Nutrition Natural Strawberry protein powder.

Hydrolyzed (means undergoing a water treatment) whey protein is the milk protein that is separated from the whey , which is the clear liquid that separates from milk as it is cured for cheese.
