Can I use a Philips Norelco 7310XL Men's Shaving System to keep my head shaved?

I just shaved my head on saturday night did not turn out bad but did cut my head in one spot with the a manual razor. I have the item I listed in my question title i rarely even use it to do my shaving in terms of face and neck and can not at this time find where it lists it for the purpose of what I want.

I can not see a reason why it would not work but hey but best not take a chance
I figured as much, being as my head is now bald outside of moisturizers can I use my face wash to keep my head clean ?
