DO I eat enough for a runner?
I am a teen girl cross country runner and I don't know if I'm eating enough.
Example:
B: Oatmeal with water, blueberries, jam; or life/cheerios with milk
s: Clif zbar
L: 6 inch sub sandwich w/ turkey, provolone, and mayo
s: Clif zbar
D: BBQ chicken w/ veggies
I run 20-30 minutes 6 days a week, and horseback ride for about 30-40 minutes 5 days a week.

I think you need to add some carbs like rice or potatoes into your evening meal.
And replace the water with semi skimmed milk for your breakfast. You need the calcium for your bones - you are doing a lot of weight-bearing exercise.
Actually, looking at your diet, it looks like a weight-loss diet., You need to eat a lot more with the amount of exercise you are doing - although I don't know what a Clif zbar is (UK person!).. and what's provolone? I hope it has some good Omega 3 fats in it!!!
